excellent company Jan 27, 2010 This treadmill is easy for me to move. It is quiet for TV watching. A hole in the shipping box resulted in a missing bolt. I wrote to the company and received the bolt in the mail within days of the request. Probably not good machine for jogging. The adjustable grade gives a good workout.

Wow! Oct 26, 2009 I am definitely convinced this product was worth the money - and I've only used it once so far! Assembly wasn't too difficult, and I didn't have trouble with the belt. I hopped on and at the 450 step mark I was huffing and puffing! My legs (which are very much attuned to walking on level ground) started to burn! I will be using this 5 days a week 10,000 steps per day. My only complaints are trivial ones - I detached the little digital monitor because it made a loud clicking racket. I have a cheap pedometer which I use in lieu of the device, so detaching it was not detrimental to my work out at all. I also like to swing my arms when I walk, but with this treadmill you will certainly need to hold onto the bars. All in all, I would certainly recommend this to a friend and to you!

Cory Everson Manual Treadmill Oct 17, 2009 I am very pleased with this product. I needed a quiet way to exercise daily at home, and this is perfect. The assembly was simple. Although it arrived without the instruction manual, the manufacturer responded quickly to my email. All in all, this seems like the ideal solution for those who need a simple workout and don't want to pay gym fees or have bulky machines at home.

Excellent Sep 13, 2009 When our large, more expensive treadmill finally gave out last summer, it was my intention to purchase another one just like it. However, with the economy being the way that it is, I just could not bring myself to spend a minimum of $700 or more to replace it. Upon reading the reviews for this treadmill, I decided to give it a try. As this is a manual treadmill, I did not have very high expectations. I have now had this treadmill for three months, and I am very, very happy with it. It works beautifully, and takes up so little space, compared to my former treadmill. I love the fact that I can move it around to wherever I wish to exercise. It feels as if my muscles are actually getting a better workout with this manual treadmill than what I had experienced with my former, motorized treadmill. I do sometimes (but not always) choose to place a small board under this treadmill in order to reduce the incline. I would highly recommend this treadmill. It is well-made, and for the price, you really cannot go wrong.
